We’d all love to look like or have a body like a Hollywood celebrity.
And there’s no denying that Jennifer Aniston has a lovely body.
She’s one of the few celebrities that’s never caught with an out of shaped body.
But how does she do it?
It looks like Jennifer has a very strange diet that keeps her in tip top condition, but honestly, I don’t know how she does it.
She recently spoke to Elle magazine and talked about her daily food menu.
In the interview Jennifer said:
“When I wake up, I have warm lemon water and then I have a shake or avocado and eggs, which is one of my favourites.
“I sprinkle a little coconut oil on that. Sometimes, I’ll have a puffed millet cereal with a banana or I’ll do oatmeal with an egg white whipped in at the end.”
“Justin, my husband, taught me that little move to get extra protein! Right before [the oatmeal] is finished cooking, you just whip in an egg white and it kind of gives it this fluffy texture that’s delicious.”
For her lunch, the Friends star eats “some form of vegetables or salad with protein—pretty basic” and her choice in dinner is “probably the same.”
But what does Jen snack on? Surely she has the occasional chocolate bar or burger.
Wait, no burgers?!
Jennifer’s favorite snake consists of “an apple and almond butter”.
I’m reconsidering the Jennifer Aniston diet… I love food too much!
But thankfully Jen is a big fan of pasta.
“Pasta has taken over as my new favourite go-to-town food.
“Yes, he has brought the pasta back into my life. I don’t know whether I should thank him or hate him for that.”
